Dememo provides an AI-powered content creation platform that enables users to create presentations, social media posts, and marketing assets. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Use the service to generate harmful, abusive, or misleading content

5. Intellectual Property

Content you create using Dememo remains your property. You grant us a license to host and display your content as necessary to provide the service. Dememo's platform, branding, and technology remain our intellectual property.

6. Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are handled according to our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dememo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
